In May 2007 The Sushi Shed became a new addition to the well established, family run business, The Fish Shed.

Based at Brancaster Staithe on West Norfolk's coastal main road, Sushi Shed sushi is sold through The Fish Shed.

Sushi Shed also supplies to deli's throughout Norfolk during the summer season,including Blakeney, Norwich and Holt.

Sushi Shed also caters for parties and hold courses on how to make your own sushi.

I have been learning the art of sushi for almost 5 years now and found my love for Japanese food while I was living in Brisbane, Australia.

After attending courses about sushi in Australia, I decided to bring my love of sushi home to sunny Norfolk this summer and start my own sushi business.

I recently returned to Australia and the Japanese Culinary Institute to attend a sushi chef course.
