I have been making Sushi for almost 10 years now. I first learnt to make sushi while living in Brisbane, Australia.
Grown from a need to make sushi for myself it grew into a passion of mine which I brought home to Norfolk.
I have been supplying The Fish Shed in Brancaster Staithe for the last six years and over the last few years have branched my take away packs into Blakeney Deli, Bakers and Larners of Holt and also Jarrolds in Norwich.

I spend my evenings participating in talks and demonstrations to educate and inspire people to give sushi a try.
